  • Heartfelt & Soulful, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship merchandise to the following international locations: Canada, Mexico, China, Japan and the United Kingdom.

    *Get FREE regular ground shipping automatically on purchases totaling $75 or more after all transactional discounts and special promotions are deducted. No coupon code necessary. Free shipping is offered on shipment to a single address per order. However, merchandise can be shipped to multiple addresses, but additional shipping charges will apply.     SHIPPING OPTIONS:
    Various shipping methods are available to meet your delivery needs. The shipping cost for each shipping method is calculated based on the weight of the merchandise ordered. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carrier's websites (i.e. US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS).

    PRIORITY and EXPRESS SHIPPING:
    Priority and Express Shipping options are available and will be billed at their normal rates. In Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO, only Standard Ground shipping service is available.

    We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. For example, large orders (50+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, Hawaii or Alaska, may all delay delivery of your order.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and TAXES
    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website and shipped internationally passes to you (the buyer) when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. And any shipping times given are estimates since international shipments may be delayed by customs and other circumstances that are outside of our control. Additionally, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid upon receipt of your package. Heartfelt and Soulful, LLC is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

    HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE?
    1) Contact our Customer Service Department as customerservice@heartfeltandsoulful.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.

    2) Write the provided RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.

    3) Return the package to the address provided to you by our Customer Service Department.

    4.) You will be notified when your goods are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 10-15 days for your credit card or account to be credited.

    Authorized returns must be within the 14-day guarantee period. Be sure to contact our Customer Service department to ensure that your return has been authorized. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
